The MaxedS vision

Your AI. Their AI.
Max carries the sale.

Set the objective through your own AI. Max carries the account work, exchanges evidence with the buyer’s people and agents, and brings you the decisions that matter.

01 / Why now

Enterprises are changing
what they buy, and how.

AI is expanding the supply of enterprise technology while buying moves toward agents that research, compare and coordinate for the buyer. These are external forecasts; they set the direction.

External forecasts, different measures. AI spending overlaps total IT spending and is not added to it. Global market context — not a MaxedS revenue forecast or addressable-market estimate.

02 / The Max operating model

One account context,
from signal to contract.

Max is being built to carry a continuous enterprise sales process, with AI doing the preparation and a senior partner at the moments that need judgment. Calls happen only on a buyer’s invitation.

01

Account signal

A dated, sourced reason a specific account may act now.

02

Committee model

The buying roles, decision rights and constraints — a hypothesis with its unknowns, built where an opportunity is live.

03

Warm introductions

A credible, permission-based route to the right person.

04

Rehearsal

Test the approach and offer before spending a buyer’s attention.

05

Execution

Outreach, meetings, proposals and the account record in one shared context.

06

Pilot to contract

Scoped pilot, procurement and security, and the path to a signed agreement; humans approve commitments.

03 / The own-AI interface

Two principals. Two AIs.
Max in the middle.

A future client may direct Max through their own AI rather than another dashboard. On the enterprise side, a buyer’s authorized AI can evaluate Max’s evidence, ask questions and coordinate the next step. Source-backed evidence moves between the parties; private internal memory stays scoped. This is delegation with clear boundaries—not the end of relationships, and not universal autonomous signatures.

Max represents its paying supplier client; the buyer’s agent represents the buyer. Trust comes from inspectable claims, declared representation and attributable commitments. A committee model is a hypothesis grounded in evidence, never knowledge of a person’s private intent.

04 / A worked exchange

What a machine-to-machine
conversation looks like.

Explore a future workflow: a buyer requests proof, challenges the evidence and moves toward a pilot decision. Step through each side’s role.

Future workflow illustration

  1. Buyer’s AI → MaxStage 1 · Buyer research

The buyer’s authorized AI represents the buyer independently.

Buyer’s AI: “We’re scoping document AI for claims processing. Send scoped evidence: regulated-industry deployments, security posture, and two references.”
Max: Max declares who it represents, then assembles a source-backed proof packet from public SalesBook signals and the client’s approved proof.

Resulting state Representation declared · proof packet assembled — every claim carries a source

  2. Buyer’s AI ⇄ MaxStage 2 · Evidence challenge

Either side can inspect the sourced claims; a commissioned seller is not a neutral buyer adviser.

Buyer’s AI: “Which outcome is most relevant for a regulated claims team, and what data would a pilot need?”
Max: Max returns approved evidence with its source and date, keeps an observed result distinct from the proposed benefit, and records the security requirements for a pilot.

Resulting state evidence shared with sources and dates · security requirements captured

  3. Max → human principalsStage 3 · Pilot & contract decision

Human principals on both sides hold commercial authority.

Buyer’s AI: Proposes a 60-day scoped pilot and asks for commercial terms.
Max: Max drafts the pilot scope and terms within the client’s pricing authority and routes the plan to both principals for approval.

Resulting state pilot plan drafted and routed for human approval

05 / The roadmap

Confident about the destination.
Precise about today.

Where this stands. Max is live: website research, Fortune 500 accounts with dated triggers and cited drafts you approve. SalesBook research is public. Authenticated delegation and buyer-agent transactions are planned.

LIVE TODAY

Max research and drafting

Website research, sourced buyer profiles, Fortune 500 accounts with dated triggers and drafts you approve. Sending from your own mailbox is next.

LIVE TODAY

Partner-led deals

On a paid unit, a senior MaxedS partner works live opportunities through proposal, pilot and contract.

PLANNED

Authenticated delegation

Max tools a client explicitly authorizes, and agent counterparts over open protocols.

PLANNED

Agent-to-agent transactions

A buyer’s authorized AI evaluates Max’s evidence and coordinates next steps, with humans approving commitments.

The open protocols above are Model Context Protocol and A2A; remote-MCP connectors and enterprise agent marketplaces are real distribution routes, not automatic access to Fortune 500 buyers.5678

06 / The flywheel

Lower cost. Stronger evidence.
More senior buyer time.

The operating bet is that AI removes repetitive labour and improves preparation, freeing senior people for the conversations that decide a deal.

Repetitive research and admin→Senior time with buyers
Thin, generic outreach→Sourced evidence and timing
Counting activity→Cost per progressing opportunity

Measure actual account progression and wins.

Cost and quality per progressing opportunity, against real outcomes rather than rehearsals. The historical record is human-led; we now measure what changes as Max carries more of the execution.
